ImageFergal Bradley studied at the North West Institute of Further and Higher Education in Derry, N. Ireland and was awarded a Higher National Diploma in Building Studies. Following this, he studied at the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Scotland and was awarded an Honours Degree in Building Surveying. Fergal was employed by Ahearn Schopfer Architects, Boston, USA for 3 years where he worked on high end residential and commercial projects as an architectural technician.

Upon his return to Ireland, Fergal spent several years with IBM in Dublin as a project engineer before taking up a position with Basil Conroy & Co. Chartered Surveyors Ltd, Dublin as a Building Surveyor. He became a team leader in 2003 managing the Building Surveying department, and a Chartered Surveyor and Company Director in 2005, following successful membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland and the Association of Building Engineers.

Fergal established F. Bradley & Co. in 2006 and opened their first offices in Galway in October of the same year. Since then, F. Bradley & Co. has grown steadily and has established a strong client base in the west of Ireland due to their commitment to customer service and expertise in the property and construction industries.

Following 4 years of part time study, Fergal was awarded an LL.B. Honours Degree in Law, from the National University of Ireland Galway in June 2012, and was accepted as an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in March 2013. Fergal is also a Registered Building Surveyor under the Building Control Act, 2007.
