F. Bradley & Co. offer a full architectural design service which enables us to take small to medium sized projects from inception stage right through to completion, on behalf of our clients. We ascertain our clients brief and prepare dimensioned design drawings and specification documents to match our client’s requirements in compliance with statutory provisions including Building Regulations and Planning and Development legislation. We submit planning applications, commencement notices and fire safety certificates to the relevant Local Authorities on behalf of our clients. We also issue certificates of compliance to our clients for Planning and/or Building Regulation purposes.
